- Appointed by Governor Mike Huckabee and re-appointed by Governor Mike Beebe to the Governor’s Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Advisory Council - Served on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Ambulance Association and its Rural EMS Subcommittee - Served on the advisory committee for EMS programs at Southeast Arkansas College (SEARK) in Pine Bluff and the University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM)’s College of Technology in McGehee

- Former Medical Director for the Jefferson Regional Medical Center (JRMC) Emergency Department - Works in the JRMC emergency room to continually monitor EASI’s employees and make sure all protocols and standards are being followed

- Serves on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Ambulance Association - Serves on the advisory committee for EMS programs at Southeast Arkansas College (SEARK) - Serves on the Southeast Arkansas Bioterrorism Preparedness Planning Committee - Member of the Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) at Jefferson Regional Medical Center (JRMC)
