Individual membership

The individual membership includes use of our ambulance service, in our service areas, at up to a 50% discount for one year.
family membership
$59/year
The family membership use of our ambulance service for your family, in our service areas, at up to a 50% discount for one year. If your parents live with you in our service area and are over 65, you can add them to your family membership at no additional cost!
